Biography
Mr. Arnold was born in Lake City, Florida, 1947. He has practiced law in Green Cove Springs from 1973 to the present. Jim is a graduate of Citadel Military College (1969) and University of Florida Law School (1973). He is a charter member of the Clay County Bar Association. He has been the city Attorney for Green Cove Springs from 1977 to the present.
Additional Information
Mr. Arnold is married with three children. He was President of Green Cove Springs Rotary Club from 1983 through 1984. Rated B-V by Martindale -Hubbell. He is active in numerous civil activies and charitable endeavors. He is an avid angler, golfer and world travelor and amateur Costa Rica Tour guide.
