Biography
Attorney Kemner received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in 1987, her Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1990 and her Master of Laws (LL.M) in Elder Law In 2010. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the State Bar of Tennessee and The Nebraska Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.
