Biography
Joe has been a resident in Clay County since 1977. He earned his undergraduate degree in building construction from the University of North Florida, his masters in civil engineering from the University of Florida, and his juris doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. His legal experience includes working for National Association of Home Builders in Washington D.C. and as a prosecutor in the State Attorney’s Office in Clay County.
Additional Information
Joe has one son in law enforcement and a younger son attending the University of Central Florida and a member of the Knights’ football team.
