Biography
Mr. Williams moved with his family to the First Coast as a young child. After attending Clay County schools, he received his undergraduate education at Florida State University School of Business as an Accounting major, followed by his legal education at the University of Georgia School of Law. After ten years in law practice, he completed the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Florida College of Law, receiving his LL.M. in Taxation, and opened his own firm in Orange Park in 1992. Grady is married to Peggy A. Williams. Their son, Allen, attends Cornell University, and their daughter, Allison, will starting at the University of Georgia this fall.
Additional Information
Mr. Williams served as the Clay County Bar Association President in 1997 and is the current President. He is General Counsel for the Clay County Utility Authority and Clay County Development Authority. “AV” Rated
